Policies
Client Conduct – Respectful Partnerships Matter
I’m all about positive, collaborative relationships. I love working with clients who are communicative, supportive, and respectful.
-
I reserve the right to end our partnership immediately if there’s ever behavior that’s disrespectful, bullying, toxic, or puts me at risk professionally, mentally, or emotionally.
-
We’re a team, and I believe the best outcomes happen when we work together in a safe and supportive environment.
In short: Let’s keep things positive, professional, and fun.
No Refund Policy – Investing in Our Work Together
Time and energy are valuable—yours and mine. To ensure that I can fully dedicate myself to supporting your business, all retainers are non-refundable.
This reflects the time, preparation, and commitment invested in our partnership.
No Holds Policy – Your Spot is Reserved Just for You
My availability is carefully planned around client commitments—your time slot is yours alone. If you need to pause or scale back, no worries! Just give me one month’s notice, and we’ll make the adjustments.
This ensures fairness for all clients and allows me to continue providing top-tier support without interruption.
Respecting Time & Money – Keeping Things Simple
Timely payments keep everything running smoothly!
-
Invoices are issued on the 21st of each month and are due by the 1st.
-
Payments not made within two business days may incur a 2% daily interest charge—because I value your time and mine.
Let’s keep things simple and stress-free with timely communication and payments.
Travel & Additional Costs – No Surprises
Sometimes, supporting you means going the extra mile—literally.
-
Mileage is billed according to CRA mileage rates for any required travel.
-
Out-of-pocket travel expenses (such as flights, accommodations, or meals) will be reimbursed as incurred.
Transparency is key—no surprises, just straightforward support.
Termination Terms – Planning for the Unexpected
Life happens—we get it. But clear communication is key. Should services need to end, here’s how we handle it:
-
A one-month notice is required for termination or changes to services.
-
If services are terminated without proper notice, payment for the remaining month is still required, as your time slot was reserved exclusively for you.
This ensures that the time allocated for your business is respected and accounted for.
