Onboarding Retainer

Before we dive into the good stuff, there’s always a learning curve—understanding your processes, gaining access to systems, and getting up to speed on your unique needs.

An onboarding retainer—based on the scope and complexity of your work—is required before services begin.

This one-time retainer ensures a smooth start, getting us ready to hit the ground running.

Choose What Works Best for You

No two businesses are the same, which is why my retainers are flexible and tailored to your needs. After our Meet & Greet, I’ll provide recommendations based on your goals, but ultimately, you choose the level of collaboration that works for you.

Each retainer is structured around a set number of monthly or project hours, calculated at $40.00/hour, ensuring you receive consistent, dedicated support—without the unpredictability of hourly billing.

Retainers start at a minimum of 4 hours per month (including a 30-minute check-in meeting), with options to scale up based on your workload and business goals.

Need more or less? No problem!

Retainer levels can be adjusted with one month’s notice to align with your changing business needs.

Meetings & Check-Ins:

Want to stay closely connected? Options include bi-weekly or weekly; 30 or 60 minute meetings to keep things aligned. Communication is KEY!

Reporting & Updates:

Prefer regular insights? You’ll receive a monthly time-tracking report attached to your invoice, providing an overview of tasks completed and time spent. Need more detail? Weekly updates are available for those who prefer a more in-depth look at progress and productivity.
