My Story:

My passion for Office Administration began in high school with helping teachers and staff with their work. This motivated me to enroll in the Office Technology Certificate program offered by the Donald School of Business branch of Red Deer College. I graduated in 2012 on the President’s Honor Roll.

 

I gained my administrative experience in multiple industries, including Oil & Gas and Residential Construction. From family-owned businesses to big corporations; from smaller ventures to multi-million-dollar companies, I amassed an eclectic array of skills throughout my career. Working in such diversification, I proudly consider myself a “Jill for all Trades.”

Who Am I:

I am known for my positive attitude, eagerness to learn and "where there is a will, there is a way" mindset. I value integrity, transparency, and honesty above all else.

What Sets Me Apart:

  • I’m not just an assistant; I’m your team member, cheerleader, and collaborator —someone genuinely invested in your business’s success.

  • I believe in flexibility, adaptability and approachability, making sure our working relationship is easygoing, supportive, and focused on what you need most.

  • I take an efficiency-driven approach, always looking for creative and efficient ways to simplify processes that save clients time and money - honestly, if efficiency was a love language, it would be mine.

When I’m not supporting amazing entrepreneurs or networking, you’ll find me enjoying time with CFO Goldie, going to the gym, listening to music  and reading - I enjoy simplicity.

CFO (Chief Furry Officer)

Every great business needs a strong support system—and for us, that’s Goldie, our Chief Furry Officer. She’s not just the heart of the team; she’s the reason we show up as our best selves every day.

Goldie keeps the vibes positive and the schedule balanced. From reminding us to take ergonomic breaks and go on walking meetings to encouraging hydration and a healthy work-life balance, she ensures we stay refreshed and motivated.

When she’s not napping through strategy sessions or offering tail wags during tough calls, she’s keeping the energy light and the spirits high.

All cuteness aside, Goldie is our why—why we work hard, why we stay balanced, and why life (and business) is simply better with her by our side.
